A dark stadium stage, one spotlight, a black grand piano with a row of plastic cups on the lid. Behind it a corgi sings Bohemian Rhapsody into the mic with its eyes shut, and the camera pushes in until there's nothing left but its face. That's "Corgi the Queen", the AI clip that went viral on Instagram on 1 November 2026. Here's how to make it with your own pet, from one photo.
What is the Dog Bohemian Rhapsody trend?
It's an AI clip posted by a Brazilian corgi's Instagram account under the caption "Corgi the Queen". The stage, the grand piano and the cups on its lid recreate Queen's famous Live Aid set at Wembley Stadium in 1985, and the sound is that live recording of Bohemian Rhapsody. The corgi sings the whole thing eyes closed, as seriously as any rock star.
Our Dog Bohemian Rhapsody template follows that clip from its second second to the end: the moves, the camera and the timing, not the corgi.
How to make it
- Open the Dog Bohemian Rhapsody template.
- Add one pet photo. One animal, face to the camera, both ears in the shot.
- Pick a version and generate. Premium renders the whole ~28 seconds; Balanced renders the first 15.
- Download the MP4. It comes with the clip's sound. To pick the sound yourself when you post, turn Include the song off or use Download without music.
- Post it to Instagram, Reels, TikTok or Shorts.
What happens in the video
- 0–2.5 s: on stage. Your pet at the grand piano, cups on the lid, singing eyes closed into the mic.
- 2.5–5 s: a look at the keys. It turns its head down to the keys, then back to the mic as the camera moves in.
- 5–14.5 s: the big note. Closer and closer: head tilts, ears twitch, the mouth opens wide for the long note.
- 14.5–19.5 s: eyes open. A guitar neck slides past behind, then your pet looks right into the lens, and sings on.
- 19.5–28 s: at the keys. An ear sweeps past the lens into a side view: front paws on the keys, singing into the mic to the end.
Balanced renders the first 15 seconds and ends as your pet opens its eyes.
The shots blend into each other with soft dissolves, like a concert broadcast. The video is square (1:1), like the original.
Pet photos that work best
- Face clearly visible. Eyes, nose and mouth sharp and toward the camera: the camera pushes in to a big close-up of the face.
- Ears as they are. Get both ears in the photo. Floppy or pointy, they stay the way they are in your photo, not the corgi's.
- Good light. Daylight or a bright room; the stage is dark with one spotlight, so a dim photo makes dark fur muddy.
- Head and chest. Your pet is seen from the chest up behind the piano.
- One animal per photo. No second pet, no person holding it.
Dogs of any breed, cats and other pets all work. Breed, face, ears and fur come from your photo.
What does it cost?
Premium (the full ~28 seconds) is 50 credits at 480p, 110 at 720p and 195 at 1080p; Balanced (the first 15 seconds) starts at 15 credits. Without an account, one video costs from $7.99 at checkout. No watermark, and failed renders and rejected photos are refunded automatically.
FAQ
Does my pet need to be singing or sitting at a piano in the photo? No. Any clear photo works. The stage, the piano, the mic and the singing are generated.
Can I use a photo of a person? No, this template takes pet photos only: the singer at the piano is an animal.
How long does it take? Usually a few minutes. Your photo is reviewed first, then the video renders.
